Digital thought leadership & UX CONSULTANCY
Digital thought leadership & UX CONSULTANCY
Technology doesn't exist in a vacuum it comes from a need, whether it's to achieve a goal, to further knowledge, or simply to grow and explore. I break down user adoption in technology into three broad stages. Though there is a lot of overlap between each stage, there are some patterns that allow us to separate between them. Each stage shares a critical role in shaping the way the technology evolves and the user experience that develops.
Underlying issues can identified by establishing the context to which the current problem exists. We can help identify context by understanding the larger goal that is trying to be achieved, as well as qualatative research such as interviews. By doing so we can ensure we focus our energies on creating appropiate solutions before commiting to any quick win projects.

Often solving a problem isn’t just about coming up with the right answer.
The digital landscape is a complicated place. Often people have an inkling of their goal but no real insight on how to achieve it. Consultancy can help discover what the real underlying problems are, potential solutions to solve them, and more importantly and actual way to achieve them. Recognizing a problem, and creating a solution are critical, but seeing it come to fruition is the key to progress.
This can be a pretty daunting task, but every journey begins with one step. And every step in the right direction puts you closer to your goal.

Modal overlay elements once used for highlighting content or actions are now more actively being utilized as a new form of pop up. This shifting trend is putting the modal element in danger of being negativity perceived and even potentially blocked as a browser action.
